We were extremely disappointed in the "free shuttle" service. We were told we did not need to make reservation on the shuttle. We went to put on our names in the list to get to a concert at 8 and the only available shuttle was a 9 pm shuttle. Very bery disappointing!!!! We ended up taking a cab. NOT Cool

I was able to sleep on the bed and the AC world Jed very well
The breakfast was poor - the so called eggs were ?? Not sure what ? They had seating for about 20 people 4 to a small table. There were about 40 people trying to use the area with 2 toasters and 2 waffle makers and I he area was about 1/2 the size it should have been. When we went to the coast 2 hotels said thay had reduced the price of the room there due to poor weather conditions but Griswald would not reduce our room and they charged me $10 more than the book it site said it would be... I did not know ealiz that until on our way home...

While extremely courteous the shuttle operator wa a horrific driver. He was swerving while speaking to a passenger and speeding the entire time. It was late at night when we returned and he sped around an 18 wheeler to cut them off. Additionally, the vehicle itself was extremely small and in poor condition.
